We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I clean my Brijea Jewelry Co pieces? 

Because our fashionjewelry is Rhodium plated over brass, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating. Our Demi Fine collection is 18k gold and waterproof and tarnish free for a lifetime. Can you wear gold plated jewelry in the shower?

We recommend taking your gold plated jewelry off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the plating. This protects your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and arrange for a resolution.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
